SALES POLICY

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we’ve outlined a few simple terms below. They explain how we do business and what to expect throughout the process. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms, allowing us to serve you with care and clarity.

ORDER PROCESSING

We’ll process your purchase upon receiving a sales order confirmation.

RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your area rug, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, as long as it is in new, unused condition. This policy applies only to in-stock, non-custom-made area rugs. Please note that some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, depending on the circumstances.

SAMPLES

To ensure fair access to all clients, we maintain a strict sample borrowing policy. Samples displayed in our studio may be borrowed for a maximum period of 14 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Samples not returned within this period will incur a fee of up to $200 per sample, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom-made area rugs, broadloom carpeting, and hardwood flooring orders are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once placed. The deposit for a custom order is nonrefundable. If you cancel the order, we may retain the deposit. Customers are required to provide precise size measurements unless they opt for our professional measuring service.

DELIVERY

The delivery dates are estimates. We may experience delays beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that are not caused by us.

VARIATIONS & DEFECTS

As with all handmade rugs, slight size variations within normal tolerance may occur due to the nature of the weaving craft. Minor color or shading differences between dye lots are also normal and not considered carpet defects. These variations are not grounds for rejecting the product, and exact color matches to samples cannot be guaranteed. Rugs made with hand-spun wool may show some sprouting, where small yarn ends appear on the surface. This is a normal characteristic of handmade rugs and does not affect their durability. If a sprout appears, carefully clip it with scissors at the surface. Do not pull the yarn, as this may damage the rug.

INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Please inspect your merchandise for any obvious defects within 24 hours of delivery. If we do not hear from you within that time, we’ll assume you are satisfied with the product. Once the merchandise is cut or installed, it is no longer eligible for return.

STORAGE

Storage fees may apply if your order is ready for pick-up but remains uncollected 14 days after we notify you.

Please note that prices do not include sales tax, and additional charges may apply. All pricing is subject to change without notice, and written estimates or quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
